Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Purpose

MINEX connects participants in the global mineral supply chain. This policy keeps the platform trustworthy. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including visitors, demo users and registered participants.

2. What we expect

• Publish accurate, current and lawful information about your company, products and availability.
• Communicate honestly and professionally with other participants.
• Comply with the laws that apply to you and to the minerals you offer or seek.
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared with you.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings, profiles, documents or enquiries, or impersonating another person or company.
• Offering or seeking minerals you are not entitled to sell or buy, or that are the proceeds of illegal mining, theft or smuggling.
• Using the platform to evade sanctions, export controls, customs, tax or anti money laundering obligations.
• Offering minerals linked to serious human rights abuses, forced or child labour, or to the financing of armed conflict.
• Harassment, discrimination, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Uploading malware, probing or testing the security of the Services without written permission, or attempting unauthorised access.
• Scraping or harvesting data at scale, or reselling platform data without permission.
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Services or other participants’ use of them.

4. Responsible sourcing

Participants are responsible for knowing the origin and chain of custody of the minerals they offer and for applying recognised due diligence standards where relevant, such as the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict Affected and High Risk Areas. MINEX does not audit or certify origin or sourcing practices.

5. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been breached we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, and report conduct to the relevant authorities. Where practical we will tell you why.

6. Report a concern

To report content or conduct that appears to breach this policy, email hello@minex.technology with the subject “Report” and as much detail as possible.
